Who we are

TTR Digital Marketing is the business name of TTR Digital Marketing LLC, a digital marketing agency. We provide SEO, AI search optimization, Google Ads, Meta Ads, website design, social media marketing, GoHighLevel CRM setup and AI agents for businesses. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean TTR Digital Marketing LLC.

Information we collect through our forms

When you fill out a form on this website, we collect:

  • Your name, phone number, email address and business name.
  • Your website address, the service you are interested in and any message you write, if you give them.
  • Your text message choices: whether you ticked the box for service messages, the box for marketing messages, or neither. When you tick a box, we also record the date and time, the page you were on, the phone number you entered, the exact consent wording and its version, and your IP address and browser type, as a record of your consent.
  • How you found us: the first page you visited, the website that sent you, and any campaign tags in the link (such as UTM, gclid or fbclid values).

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our servers and service providers receive basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and the time of your visit.

How we use your information

  • To reply to your inquiry, schedule a consultation and provide the services you ask for.
  • To send text messages, but only in the categories you selected (see SMS Communications below).

SMS Communications

If you opt in to text messages, TTR Digital Marketing will use your mobile number to send the message categories you selected. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number, SMS opt-in data, or consent with third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose information to service providers solely as necessary to operate and deliver our messaging program, subject to confidentiality and use restrictions.

Giving us your phone number on a form does not sign you up for text messages. We text you only if you tick a text message box, and only in the categories you tick.

Service providers that process your information

We use these providers to run our website and business. They process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service to us:

  • GoHighLevel (LeadConnector): our customer relationship management system. It stores form submissions and consent records and sends our emails and text messages.
  • Twilio: delivers our text messages to mobile carriers.
  • Vercel: hosts this website and provides Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights.
  • Google reCAPTCHA: the "I'm not a robot" check on our forms. It is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers listed above, as needed to run our business and deliver our services, and when the law requires it, for example to answer a valid legal request. Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone for their own marketing or promotional purposes, as described in SMS Communications above.

Cookies and analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are popular. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally. Vercel Speed Insights measures how fast our pages load.

Google reCAPTCHA may set cookies and collect device and browser information to tell people from bots when you use our forms.

We keep how you found us (your first page, the referring website and campaign tags) in your browser's session storage until you close the tab, so it can be sent with your form. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The forms may not work without the reCAPTCHA check.

How long we keep information

We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to work with you and for our business records. We keep SMS consent and opt-out records for as long as you are subscribed and for as long as afterwards as we need them to show that we had your consent.

Your choices

  • Text messages: reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance.
  • Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
  • Your information: you can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us below. We may keep records the law requires us to keep, such as your SMS opt-out.

We use reputable providers and limit access to your information to people who need it. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children
